FSV wants to offer a safe and attractive working environment, in which well-being, cooperation and mastery of tasks are in focus. We do this by ensuring that our employees have the necessary qualifications to perform their tasks in a safe and healthy manner.
Before a new work operation is commenced, the procedures require that a risk assessment and risk analysis are carried out. Personal protective equipment is also mandatory for all work operations. All personnel are obliged to go through safety training. The FSV systematically evaluates any near-accidents and incidents in order to implement preventive and corrective measures in order to avoid personal injuries, impacts on the external environment and loss of assets.
